Special English Play Adaptation of Tosca
Sarah Bernhardt made a sensation with Tosca, a 5-Act play by Victorien Sardou in 1899 which inspired Puccini’s 3-Act dramatic opera. It is the turbulent story of a devout woman in love, pursued by a lusty conniver who will stop at nothing to seduce her and destroy her politically charged lover. We have adapted it into an English play, especially for Curtain Call Theatre.
